Booking Policy

• Cancellations: Please visit My Bookings to cancel or reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Late Arrivals: Sessions are 20 minutes, so please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions.

• No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged the full session rate or deducted from your session package or membership.
